Azok a vezetők akik nem tulajdonítottak jelentőséget az utánpótlás nevelésnek már legalább a 70-es évektől kezdve( hiszen már európában (hollandia,franciaország...) jelentősen foglalkozott ezzel a kérdéssel és meg is látszik az eredménye. Most jó irány fele mozdult el a magyar labdarúgás de még évek kellenek a stabil eredményekhez!
